Manufacturer's Description

The Surgical Image Recorder (SIR) provides real-time digital image acquisition, study documentation, and archive capability for endoscopic surgery applications. The SIR is a self-contained computer that connects between the endoscopic camera and the surgery monitor. Under control of the surgeon, the SIR can capture and record the camera video signal or pass it directly to the monitor in real-time. All patient images are stored locally on an internal IDE hard drive and can be saved to CD orDVD media, or sent to a network destination. The SIR is designed to work with RGB and S-Video cameras and monitors and provides support for a USB printer.
