I de-installed this unit myself from a hospital environment .THIS UNIT WILL NEED TO BE SERVICED BEFORE USE.Someone will need to contacta"service and repair" shop tocomplete aschedule maintenance on this machine. The hospital closed in 2019 and this machine has been sitting in the hospital since then. The PM "Periodic Maintenance" indicator light is blinking which I think is normal because I didn't have it hooked up to any supply lines and it has been four years since the filters were installed. The last PM Maintenance done 2018. The Installation date 03/21/2012Comes with supply hose, drain hose, internal rack and dual water filter. Powers on, lights up and responds to controls. No further testing has been done but it is guaranteed not to be DOA. Freight Shipping. Contact me for a shipping quote.
