It comes as pictured in excellent condition. I have multiples so you will receive the one pictured or one in similar condition. Most do come with user manuals and some accessories (please message me if you need to know the specific accessories included). These are 2020 models and were extra surplus units. Comes with a 30 day warranty. Most appear to have not been used much, if at all. It does come with the rolling cart. If you do not need the cart just message me and I can reduce the shipping charge.
