Against the advance payment made by Party B, in the amount of 20% of the total amount of the first batch of nitrile gloves, Party A provides a counter guarantee from its bank.
Step 3: Party A has the responsibilities of transportation and certification, as outlined in Article 1 and Article 3.
Step 4: Place of shipment- Tan Son Nhat Airport, city Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Step 5: Party B will appoint a representative to receive the product at the designated ports of destination and provide that information to Party A.
