This is a GE Healthcare Flashpad HD 3543 Digital X-ray Detector Panel OEM Shipping/Transport/Storage Box. According to the label on the box it was used for a 14"x17" panel. According to my measurements the internal slot is 18"x18"x1 1/4".

The box is double layered heavy duty with 2 layers of styrofoam & lid. Inside the slot is lined with boxes of cold packs and the inside of the lid has 2 desiccant packs. There is a carry handle.
