Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. The lamp meter reads 12824 hours but actual lamp age is unknown. No reason to believe the meter isn't correct. Both switches and all 6 lamps are working. It is almost silent when in use. There are minimal signs of use. The bottom lens is perfect.
