CADWELL Sierra Summit EMG/NCV/SSEP 2 Channel System VIRTUALLY NEW Dec 2022- Only used 5 times since original purchase by owner and in perfect condition. It includes the original Windows 10 laptop Dell Latitude 3520 laptop preloaded with Sierra Summit & Microsoft Office programs. All settings are restored to factory defaults. The system consists of the Sierra Summit instrument base, Windows 10 PC with mouse, Summit stimtroller plus stimulator, 2 channel preamplifier 10 ft, carrying case and surface and ring electrode kit and full accessory kit. It also includes two lengths of power cords 15ft and 3 ft and all supplies pictured with the exception of the desk. User guide and all original documents also will be included.
The equipment is staged and operational, but is not in clinical use.

The Successful Bidder agrees to remit payment in full within 48 hours of the Auction's close.

If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.

Deinstallation, Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.

There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.

If you plan to bid...

If you are not a Pre-Approved bidder, you will be asked for your credit card information when you click "Enter Bid".

Your credit card will not be charged if you are the Successful Bidder for this Auction and complete the transaction. In the event that you are the Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction and you supplied a credit card as part of the Approved Bidder process, your credit card will be charged by DOTmed the amount of your bid or $2,000, whichever is less, as an administrative fee. Similarly, if you are the Pre-Approved Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction, your Pre-Approval shall be revoked and DOTmed shall invoice the amount that otherwise would have been charged if a credit card had been provided and such invoice is payable upon receipt. The referenced administrative fee is, in each instance, in addition to any additional rights or remedies that the Seller or DOTmed may have.

For bidders who have not previously purchased via DOTmed Auction: DOTmed may place a $200 hold on your credit card as part of our Approved Bidding process. You will not be charged if you are not the Successful Bidder for any items and the authorization will be released at the end of the auction event.
